Traveling before and after break times is common for Lawrence students. The options offered are intended to make those transitions a little easier. 

We've considered the most frequently asked requests as well as varying departure times and best pickup locations, and have created options to bridge the gap. Please stay posted as new options are presented.

Travel dates are coordinated closely with the opening and closing of the residence halls. 

  • To and from Appleton and Green Bay Airports – Departure from Campus: 6:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. leaving campus; Return to Campus: 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Please note: The registration will close if/when the passenger list reaches capacity before the sign-up deadline. Once registration closes, no more requests will be accepted. Requests are confirmed once submitted. 

Deadlines For Sign Up & How You Are Charged

The deadline date to cancel your request is three days before the travel date, but don't wait if you know you are traveling since spots can fill up.  The charge collected (when applicable) is reduced from what a standard fee  would be, and is supplemented by funds from Lawrence. Charges for riding will be added to your student account at the completion of the trip.  Cash payments are not accepted.  Travel to Appleton and Green Bay airports is considered local travel and will not carry a fee.  

Cancellation Fee for Regional Transportation on Coach Buses

No refunds for the shuttle will be issued after the registration period closes. There is a $5 cancellation fee, regardless of when you cancel. Holding a spot and canceling later may limit the opportunities for other students.
