Sage Hall, completed in 1917 and renovated in 1972, is a co-ed residence hall housing 147 students in a mixture of singles, doubles, quads (two rooms connected with a living room), and suites (two rooms, a living room, and a private bath). It is located across the footbridge from Memorial Hall, in a prime position adjacent to the Warch Campus Center.

Sage Hall is distinct for its stately architectural features including archways and herculean pillars. There is a comfortable lounge near the entrance with a fireplace that is perfect for fireside chats and roasting s'mores. Students often gather here to watch movies on the projector and socialize after class.

In recent years, Sage has collaborated with Trever to host a spring festival with music, cookout, gelato cart, and cotton candy in the Quad. Sage is also active in the Great Midwest Trivia contest, teaming with Trever in recent years.
