The Lawrence University Registrar's Office is responsible for maintaining the official student academic records of the University. Services for students and faculty include:

  • registration for classes
  • grade collection and reporting
  • transcripts
  • enrollment verifications
  • enrollment and degree reporting to National Student Clearinghouse 
  • maintain academic record information 
  • degree conferral
  • evaluations for transfer credit
  • publication of the class schedule
  • classroom scheduling
  • final exam schedules

Office staff can provide information about academic regulations, registration, class and waiting lists, how to declare a major or change an advisor, how to petition for transfer credit, scheduling a class or changing a classroom. Students are welcome to stop in and strongly encouraged to contact the office if they have questions or concerns about their course registrations or their academic records.

Location & Hours

The Registrar's Office is located in Brokaw Central along with the Cashier, Financial Aid, and Student Accounts on the first floor of Brokaw Hall at the south entrance by the foot bridge.

Regular Hours:
8 am – 5 pm
Monday – Friday 

Summer Hours:
8 am – 4 pm
Monday – Thursday
8 am – 12 pm

Note: The office closes for University Convocations.
