Conservatory of Music Event Form

  • This form will be submitted to Julia Jackson at the Conservatory Office. Please submit it no later than three weeks before the event date. Upon submitting this form, please also complete and submit the Program Form immediately if possible.
  • Non-disposal dishes for your recital may be obtained by contacting Greenfire.
  • Students are responsible for the creation, printing, and distribution of student recital posters. Print Services will not accept requests for creating and printing student recital posters.

PAPERLESS PROGRAMS
The Lawrence Conservatory is committed to adopting a greener, more sustainable approach to recital programs. Printed programs will not be created but digital programs will be available online instead. Digital programs will be available at go.lawrence.edu/ConPrograms

Tech needs
  • New starting Fall 2021Required student recitals are automatically video recorded (MP4 files) and webcast at $25 (half recital) and $50 (full recital), which will be billed to the student's Lawrence account.
  • Faculty recitals and major ensemble concerts are automatically video recorded (MP4 files) and webcast at no charge.
  • General stage and lighting requests are provided. Special stage and sound system requests must be discussed with Recording Services (recording@lawrence.edu) well in advance of the event date.
  • If requesting tech assistance, YOU are responsible for contacting Recording Services (recording@lawrence.edu) OR the Electronic Music Studio (asha.srinivasan@lawrence.edu) well in advance of the event date.
